Father Michael has started the annual blessing of the homes for all parishioners. A schedule chart is posted on the Bulletin Board in the social hall. Please sign up for a time for Father Michael to bless your home. Please pay close attention to the dates because some days are left out. This is because these dates are already full for Father. Unless approved ahead of time, only one blessing can be scheduled for each time block. This will allow Father time to sit and talk before or after the blessing prayers, and still travel to the next location. Time blocks that are blocked out are times that are not available. Father Michael will call you and confirm the date and time. Please be aware that it may become necessary for some cancellations due to unexpected circumstances.

The next meeting will be held on Friday, February 10th at 11:30 AM in the Church Social Hall. This will be a "Brown Bag" lunch. Come join us for fellowship, fun, and learning about our Orthodox Women Saints (thanks to Father Michael). Hope to see you there!

Ladies Guild
We are asking everyone to please consider sponsoring a Coffee Hour. If you would like to do so, but are reluctant to do so on your own, the Ladies Guild will provide "Pastries and Seasonal Fruit" for a donation of $50.00 and a "Special Luncheon" (to be planned with our "chief") for a donation of $100.00. At
our last meeting, we briefly discussed ways we could support our
troops. One of our members suggested clipping coupons since military
families can use them pass the expiration dates at their local PX's.
So, if you check coupons in your mail or newspaper, please consider
clipping the ones you don't need and bringing them (trimmed and clipped
together please) to Church. The Ladies Guild will put them into one
mailing and send them off to "Support Our Troops" in Daytona Beach. We
will try to do this on a continuing basis - if successful. For more

The Ladies Guild
The Ladies Guild will be collecting clothing for the homeless over the next several weeks. Needed items include new white soxs, t-shirts and underwear (size medium), Also needed are usable jackets, sweaters, and sneakers or other season appropriate shoes. These items will be distributed to local individuals and families in the Daytona area. Your donations will be greatly appreciated.
